Ken Marblestone joined Cascade Partners in 2015 and brings more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and advising middle market businesses to his client relationships. During his career he has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in debt and equity transactions; and he led teams that managed over $2 billion in assets.
Before joining Cascade Partners, Marblestone was President of Citizens Bank ($130 billion in assets) in Ohio and Michigan where he led the 15-person team responsible for retail, consumer and all commercial banking lines of business. Prior to Citizens Bank, he was a partial owner and President of iCap Realty Advisors (now Q-10 Capital, LLC), a commercial mortgage brokerage firm where the team excelled at finding the best debt and equity capital for its clients. He managed all aspects of the business including loan origination and sales, balance sheet management, and cash flow forecasting.
Marblestone is also valued as an advisor to both for-profit and not-for-profit firms. His board experiences include First National Bank in Howell, MI (OTCBB: FNBH); Channing Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate investment platform located in Cleveland; Menorah Park, a large and diversified senior living non-profit organization; and Village Capital Board of Directors, where he served as chairman.
Other past and present advisory and leadership positions include the strategic planning and finance committees of Menorah Park; the investment committee of the Mt. Sinai Health Care Foundation; the executive committee at Lawrence School, and co-chair for the Cleveland Foodbank’s Harvest for Hunger campaign.
Ken is an exercise enthusiast, avid snow skier and has 3 daughters. He received his undergraduate degree from Albion College and his MBA in finance from Michigan State University.
