Brandon Schroeder is a dedicated financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. As a Senior Associate at Cascade Partners, Brandon plays a crucial role in supporting clients through various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and turnaround and restructuring strategic advisory services.

Before joining Cascade Partners, Brandon honed his skills at MiddleGround Capital as a Private Equity Associate. There, he led the turnaround of an industrial business, transforming a negative EBITDA of $6 million into a positive $2 million over two years. He also led the financial workstreams for restructuring a $900 million automotive business, doubling its EBITDA from $40 million to $90 million in two years and creating $250 million in equity value. Before that, Brandon worked at General Motors as a Senior Plant Budget Analyst, where he forecasted labor, bridged performance, and productivity planning in a UAW manufacturing plant environment, identified and executed a project that saved $700,000 annually in scrap revenue, and developed headcount reporting that reduced hours used by 5%.

When he is not immersed in Detroit and Michigan State sports, Brandon is reeling in his next big catch deep-sea fishing off the Florida coast or exploring the underwater depths scuba diving.

Brandon earned his Master of Business Administration—Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and Bachelor of Arts—Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University.
