In this full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of the transaction process, engaging in a variety of high-impact activities that drive our success. You will conduct in-depth market, industry, and valuation research, build and refine financial models and analyses, identify potential acquisition targets, and draft compelling pitch books and investment memoranda. Collaboration is key at Cascade, and you’ll work closely with our Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates, gaining unparalleled exposure to and interaction with senior-level executives at client companies.

Education & Experience

•  Undergraduate degree required/MBA a strong advantage
•  1+ years of business experience in finance, accounting, economics, valuation or transaction
  services

Compensation

Position’s compensation commensurate with experience and will be eligible to participate in Cascade’s incentive compensation/bonus program. Benefit package includes health care, dental, vision, life insurance, short- & long-term disability, FSA, HSA and 401K.
