Stephen Hughes is a director with more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He has an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP software and focuses on the financial aspects of consulting and investment banking engagements.

Before joining Cascade Partners in 2023, Hughes was a director at BlueWater Partners. Earlier in his career, Hughes has also held various positions at Connelly GPM, Crowe Horwath LLP, Great Lakes Marine Group, and Modar.

Stephen Hughes earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Grand Valley State University and is also a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
