DETROIT, MICHIGAN – Cascade Partners is honored to be named among the winners for the 14th Annual M&A Advisor International M&A Awards in the category of Materials Deal of the Year for the acquisition of AmeriTi Manufacturing Company by Kymera International. AmeriTi manufactures value-added ferrotitanium, titanium sponge, titanium powders, and specialty forms based in Detroit, Michigan.
