BarFly Ventures Raises Capital to Expand Hop Cat Brand

BarFly Ventures raises capital by securing a $25 million investment from Congruent Investment Partners and Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN).

BarFly Ventures is the parent company of HopCat, Stella’s Lounge, Grand Rapids Brewing Co. and McFadden’s of Grand Rapids. The investment comes in the form of both equity and cash flow-based debt and will be utilized to expand the HopCat brand.

Cascade Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to BarFly Ventures on the transaction.
