Matthew Miller is a managing director at Cascade Partners. He has over 30 years of advisory and corporate experience in finance, M&As and business development, including buy- and sell-side work for privately held and public middle market companies. Prior to joining the Cascade Team in 2023, he was a managing partner at BlueWater Partners and led the investment banking practice.

Before working at BlueWater Partners, Miller held various business development positions with several privately and publicly held middle market companies, including Prairie Group, Illinova Energy Partners and Leggett & Platt.

Matthew Miller earned his BGS from the University of Michigan and MBA in finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He holds the Series 63 and Series 79 securities licenses and is currently an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
