Heinz Company’s $27.7 billion sale to Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital, Harvest Partners’ ~$1 billion sale of Packers Holdings to Leonard Green & Partners, and Emeritus Corporation’s $5.3 billion stock-for-stock merger with Brookdale Senior Living.
Prior to joining Cascade Partners, Matthew was a Director at a leading regional investment banking firm. There, he was responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Vice President at Moelis & Company in New York City and also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Political Science from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction. He maintains Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses with FINRA.
