Prior to that, as EVP and CFO, Mark led the turn-around and expansion of TriMas Corporation through the global financial crisis as the company entered the public markets from private equity ownership. Prior to joining TriMas, he was with Black and Decker and served as GM of distribution and VP of Finance for the Consumer business. Mark began his career with GE, where he spent 15 years in roles of progressive responsibility, at the Medical Systems Group, Appliances Group, and Corporate staff ultimately serving as the CFO of the Global Imaging Equipment business.
He currently sits on the Atkore International board as Chair of the Audit Committee and is also part of the Executive Committee to the board. Mark is active in the community as a Director at the Detroit Institute of the Arts and also as vice-chair of the academic committee and the Board at Walsh College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Analytics from Bentley College.
