Kyle Diephuis brings corporate finance, audit, and enterprise risk management experience to the firm. He began his career with a Big Four accounting firm, working in a wide range of industries in the middle market up through the Fortune 500, including aerospace, packaging, financial services, healthcare, and automotive aftermarket. Subsequently, he joined General Motors, where he implemented the dedicated aftermarket business internal audit function, forecasted global free cashflow as a member of the strategic finance team, and worked on the company’s Strobe Inc. acquisition in 2017, and Thailand business divestiture in 2020.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and will complete his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Strategy and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2021.
Kyle has a passion for helping others and building strong relationships. He is married to his wife Kristen, and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and being out on the water.
