Pipetek Infrastructure Services, a leading provider of underground infrastructure maintenance and repair services to municipal, major utility, departments of transportation, and commercial clients in the Great Lakes region has been acquired by Duke’s Root Control – a Comvest Partners portfolio company. Pipetek’s services target sewer and waste-water systems and other underground utilities, including mainline and lateral line inspection, cleaning and repair, and integrated GIS/GPS sonar location, mapping and inspection solutions.

The combined business will facilitate expanded infrastructure capabilities on a national basis.
