Juliet, LLC (“Orchid”), a Tennessee-based supplier of automotive components and assemblies, has been acquired by Teknia USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Teknia Manufacturing Group, S.L.U. (“Teknia”), a global manufacturer of metal and plastic automotive parts headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

Orchid Mt. Juliet, LLC is a world-class supplier of automotive assemblies with core competencies in precision metal stamping, automated assembly, robotic TIG & MIG welding, projection and resistance welding, and tool and die building. The company is a leading supplier of automotive hinge mechanisms, seating mechanisms and components, window regulator mechanisms, precision metal stampings, and automotive sub-assemblies. Orchid is based in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Teknia Manufacturing Group, S.L.U. manufactures numerous automotive products with 19 locations globally. The company offers plastic and metal products, including interior parts, painted parts, reservoirs, grab handles, oil level gauges, lighting parts, structural parts, fuel filler pipes and capless systems, coolant climatization and turbo, dipsticks, decantion plates, filter covers and EGR, and oil tubes and strainers. It also provides brake systems, air conditioning products, high-pressure fuel systems, gear boxes, steering systems, clutches, inserts, shifters, and pins. Teknia was founded in 1992 and is based in Madrid, Spain.
