Crescent Metal Products Company, an Allegan, MI manufacturer of pipe and tube products, has been acquired by Key Gas Components, Inc., a Cleveland, OH, gas component supplier.

Crescent Metal Products Company manufactures custom gas manifolds, special nipples, and other fabricated pipe and tube products for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of branded commercial and residential HVAC, commercial kitchen, and other specialized appliance products throughout the United States. Founded in 1946, Crescent Metal Products Company has been delivering quality and value for nearly 60 years.

Key Gas Components offers a broad line of standard and engineered gas train components for gas appliance OEMs. Key Gas Components is a closely held, family-owned and operated manufacturing and engineering services company.
