Rajesh Kothari joins Northstar Bank Board of Directors
HURON COUNTY, Mich., February 1, 2022 — To kick off the new year, Northstar Bank is proud to announce the addition of Rajesh Kothari to its Board of Directors.
As a Board Director, Kothari will work with Northstar Bank’s other directors to establish, with management, Northstar Bank’s long and short-term business objectives and adopt operating policies to achieve these objectives in a legal and sound manner. Most importantly, the directors will work to ensure that Northstar Bank is meeting the needs of the community.
Kothari is a senior executive with a career that has been focused on helping individuals, teams, and organizations maximize their abilities and potentials, consistently achieving ambitious corporate goals. He is the Founder and Chairman of Cascade Partners LLC/Cascade Partners BD, LLC in Southfield. Kothari serves on numerous boards. He is a Finance/Audit Committee Chair for Priority Health, Board Chair for CAP Foundation, Board Member for Leader Dogs for the Blind Foundation, and Board Member for Crecera. Kothari received the CAP Distinguished Service Award in 2011, 2018 and 2021, was recognized as a Crain’s Healthcare Hero in 2021, and was recognized as M&A Advisor of the Year by ACG West Michigan in 2019. He earned his M.B.A. and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
