Colin Kelly is an Analyst at Cascade Partners, where he helps middle-market clients navigate complex M&A transactions. He focuses on financial analysis, valuation modeling, and creating client-ready materials to support every stage of the deal process.

Before joining Cascade, Kelly served as an Analyst for Citizens M&A Advisory, where he gained experience in transaction execution and valuation. He also interned with Citizens as a Summer Analyst and with Four Quadrants Advisory as a Financial Advisory Intern, contributing to business forecasting, investment research, and client engagement.

Kelly brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his work, demonstrated through his experience as Co-Founder and Finance Officer for UniDex, a student-led venture at Butler University where he helped secure outside funding. He also co-founded and managed a landscaping business that delivered strong profitability through effective financial planning and team leadership.

Kelly is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers with Five Points of Hope, a nonprofit that supports cancer patients facing financial challenges, and is an active member of Athletes in Action, a faith-based group focused on Bible study, fellowship, and community service.

A former Division I student-athlete on Butler University’s football team, Kelly developed exceptional leadership and time management skills, balancing a rigorous academic and athletic schedule. A fun fact, he completed his first marathon in under three and a half hours.

Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Butler University’s Lacy School of Business.
